Things that happened to me this year

As my school year comes to an end, here are some things that happened, and some things I have learned in my 3rd year in college.

• Was Vice President of a club
• Lost an Uncle
• Cooked dinner for my brother and sister-in-law
• Went to Detroit on my first business trip
• Lost and Aunt
• Tried to learn Spanish
• Was a season (Spring) for Halloween
• Went to Disneyland in a group of 12 amazing people from SLO
• Became a fan of Twilight
• Saw Wicked with my family for my 20^th birthday
• Beat up big scary men (in self-defense class)
• Counseled a great group of girls at Hume Lake winter camp (and they totally won the broom hockey tournament)
• Hosted 10 girls at my house for my floor retreat
• Consistently went to the Fitness Center for 10 weeks in a row (a record)
• Rediscovered my love for jazz music
• Spent some quality time with the grandparents during Biola’s Grandparents Day
• Planned the premiere of a musical short film
• Went to Disneyland 15 times (estimated)
• Gave my testimony completely in Spanish
• Wrote a feature article on iced tea
• Became a part of Twitter
• Created a marketing plan
• Was involved in 20 different university events and was promoted to full-fledged intern for next semester
• Experienced 3 earthquakes
• Had one roommate the entire year (a first for me)
